Amerilife recently hired us to cater their corporate holiday party for over 600 guests. We created a catering menu for them that provided a wide variety of catering that every guest could enjoy.
The party was held at the Jacobson Ballroom as well as the Ruth & J.O. Stone Dolphin Complex where the late dolphin Winter used to live with all her friends. Many say the best part is that you can say hello to the dolphins as they swim by the huge observation window.
We set up stationary hors d’oeuvres throughout all the venues.
The hot crab dip with seasoned bagel chips was a hit with the crowd.
We had festively decorated veggie trays. Traditional hummus with toasted pita chips as well as spinach dip in a pumpernickel well.
Their corporate holiday party catering menu included hand cut truffle and sea salt fries, vegetarian egg rolls, parmesan cheese stuffed mushrooms, mini beef quesadillas, cajun fingers, and barbeque meatballs.
Carved to order flank steak with fresh out of the oven rolls.
We provided full bar service as well as a coffee station. And most importantly Holiday cookies, brownies, chocolate covered strawberries.
