Once you have chosen a venue and a date for your event, then comes the fun part. Picking your menu! First, you have to decide which style of dining you prefer.

Sit-Down Dinner – This is when all the guests are seated and served a formal dinner. Typically, it consists of two courses (an appetizer and an entrée), plus dessert if it’s served tableside.

Buffet-Style Dinner – A buffet features long tables topped with a wide variety of food options. Your guests will get up to be served at the buffet line.

Self-Serve Stations – Stations are very similar to buffets in that they give your guests a nice variety of food options. Stations typically have tables or areas specifically dedicated to certain dishes or types of foods.

Chef Manned Action Station – Guests choose their favorite combination as the chef prepares their dish in front of them.

Cocktail-Styled Dinner – A cocktail-style reception means no seating charts, no tablespace fuss…none of that. Instead, you and your guests can mix, mingle, and dance all night and snack on small bites butler passed by our friendly staff.
